Elevator Antenna

   Aomyx is proud of its ability to rise to the challenge and develop special antenna’s according to our customers requirements.

Not all networks are the same and each operator has their own special needs which can't always be met by choosing a standard antenna from a catalogue.

So when we were approached by one of our customers with a request for a special antenna for indoor systems site sharing and specifically for elevators installation, we were more than happy to oblige.

 

   The outcome is an antenna with one connector but capable of being used with all the cellular frequency ranges from 800 through to 2200 MHz. These sort of units are available from many places, but this unit required higher gain at 14-16 dBi. Previously the operator had been forced to mount two units at 11 dBi at the top of the lift shaft and use space diversity,  with this new unit they only need to install one antenna, greatly simplifying and reducing cost for the installation.
